once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. you can track your order using this information on the carrier's website & will receive updates via email once your item has shipped, entered your country & is preparing to be delivered by your local postal service.

exchanges
we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. please let us know via email on hi@auleleibyamber.com if you receive a defective or damaged item with pictures so we can assess it for you as soon as possible. please email us with the details & your pictures within 14 days of receiving.
